Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use Listnd. You sign in with Apple and are responsible for activity on your account. Keep your information accurate and your device secure.

Listnd has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. You may not post, share, or send content that is harassing, bullying, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, or that promotes violence or illegal activity, and you may not impersonate others. Violations may result in immediate content removal and account termination without notice.

You keep ownership of the username, bio, photo, and activity you add. By posting, you grant Listnd a license to host and display that content to operate the service. You are responsible for what you share and confirm you have the right to share it.

We filter submissions for objectionable material, and provide tools to report and block other users. We review reports and may remove content or accounts that violate these Terms. Repeated or egregious violations lead to permanent removal. To report content, use the Report option on a profile or email support@joinlistnd.com.

Your use of Apple Music through Listnd is also subject to Apple's terms. Listnd accesses Apple Music only to display your activity and compute compatibility, and never downloads or redistributes audio.

You may stop using Listnd and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the community.

Listnd is provided "as is" without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.

We may update these Terms and will revise the date above when we do. Continued use means you accept the changes. Questions: support@joinlistnd.com.
